Aurora History Museum Tour
Learn about your school's neighborhood and how it relates to Aurora's history during a virtual tour of the Aurora History Museum. Our educators work with you to share the story of your school's community and how it fits into the greater Aurora story. The focus is on student discussion and questions. 30-45 minutes.

DeLaney Homestead Historic District Tour
Visit the Historic District from your classroom. Join a museum educator for a virtual visit to one of Aurora's early homestead and learn about life on the plains during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The focus in on student discussion and questions. 30-45 minutes.


Home School Programs


Aurora History Museum's 2-hour Homeschool program is aimed at elementary through middle grade students and their parents. Each month will have a new theme with several educational opportunities for students. Work with museum professionals and educators to expand on your homeschool curriculum with a new program each month September through May.
