The city of Aurora is offering special event pricing for electronics recycling for residents (no business customers) from July 20 to 24.
Please note: This will be the last e-cycling event as Pedal Point LifeCycle Solutions will no longer provide residential drop-off electronics recycling services after July 2026. Please visit Earth911.com to search for electronics recycling alternatives in our area.
The city’s electronics recycling event is happening at Pedal Point LifeCycle Solutions—the city’s e-cycling partner. The facility at 3251 Lewiston St., Suite 10, will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Most electronic items—desktop computers, laptops, cell phones, tablets, gaming equipment, consumer electronics and similar—are accepted. The cost to recycle is $5 per car/individual. Cash or debit/credit card is preferred as payment.
To address the rising costs associated with processing select electronics, the following additional fees will be applied to recycle these items:
• Flat screen TV (LCD/LED; all sizes): $20 each
• CRT monitors/CRT TVs (all sizes): $50 each
• Console, projection or DLP TVs: $100 each

Pedal Point LifeCycle Solutions, which is certified for electronics recycling and data destruction, wipes and physically destroys all data storage media to protect the identities of those who are recycling responsibly. Certified data destruction with certificate is available for $5 per hard drive/data-containing device.
Additional dates for regular special event pricing in 2026 have been canceled.
As a reminder, electronics tossed in the trash not only cause serious environmental problems but also are banned from landfills in Colorado.
